Thursday Morning 6:15- 7:15 AM  with Doris

Begins April 3rd.

 Balance the Yang – movement, muscle stretching- with the Yin – holding poses on the floor, stretching and stimulating the fascia and connective tissues of the body.

 Feel the “ahhhhhhhh” of Yin Yoga- It has the potential to transform the body and mind.

 

The gentle but consistent stimulation to the connective tissues has the potential of encouraging flexibility of the joints, and recharging the energetic system of the body. I personally have found that it naturally brings the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state.  I can leave the mat and maintain a calmness not possible before.
